2 Albion Residents Attacked; 1 Suspect

Police say a man attacked an Albion College student near Hannah Street and Perry Street on campus around midnight on September 30. The student was able to fight off the attacker and used a key to scratch his face. (bold type my own)
Then around 10 p.m. on Thursday, a 21-year-old woman was walking near N. Huron Street and Crowell Street when police say she was beaten and sexually assaulted by a man.
The description of the suspect in both incidents is similar, and police believe they are related. The victims say he is a white man, about 6'0" to 6'3" tall, having a thin build, a bald head, and a scratch on the left side of his face extending from his eye to the bottom of his cheek.
