NEW! The Instructor Bodyguard

We have just purchased a new "Instructor Body Guard" from Kwon, Inc. to use in our Women's Self-Defense Program! This equipment will allow members to strike the instructor full-force while doing such techniques as hand striking, elbow striking, knee strikes and lower-bodied kicks such as front thrust kicks. Angel has already tested it out and had a BLAST doing so! We're going to have alot of fun with this one...
