We offer a great physical fitness and
character building program called "Lil'
Dragons" for children 5-year olds. This
program will teach your young child healthy
physical fitness habits at this important
developmental age such as: Proper
stretching, cardiovascular exercises, basic
self-defense exercises, as well as games and
drills that are designed to develop your child's
hand-eye coordination, balance, and overall
physical well-being. This class is designed to
prepare children for entry into the 6-12 year
old program, KIDZ Tactics Modern Combatives.

mutual RESPECT from beginning to end.
Kids are trained in all four ranges of combat,
including: Kicking Range, Boxing (Punching)
Range, Trapping Range, and Grappling
